- Civil Action – Initiate filing of civil actions for preliminary / permanent injunction along with the relief of seizure of infringing material and claim of damages before High Courts and District Courts.
- Criminal Action – Initiate filing of criminal actions before court for search and seizure of infringing and counterfeit goods available in the market.
